Vote Liz Klein for Select Board to Make Falmouth More Livable For All
Liz is dedicated to housing availability and affordability, environmental stewardship, and sustainable living for year-round residents.
The Biography
Dedicated to Falmouth.
A Connecticut native, Liz moved to Falmouth in 2011. After landing a position at the Fishmonger Cafe in Falmouth, she found her way to the classroom, working at Lawrence School. She spent several years teaching at Falmouth Academy before returning to Lawrence School as an 8th grade science teacher. 11 years in the classroom has taught her to be patient, to listen closely to different voices, and to work collaboratively on solutions.
Liz has served as a Town Meeting member for the past several years, and she is on the Affordable Housing Committee as well as on the Short Term Rental Advisory Committee. Through these positions, she has shown her commitment to digging into a topic, thinking creatively about solutions, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. With her deep-rooted love for the Falmouth community, Liz believes that a livable Falmouth means a town where young families can afford to stay, small businesses can thrive, and our natural beauty is protected for the next generation.
